How will I receive my booking confirmation?
On the WhatsApp number you enter at checkout. Your driver's name, phone number and vehicle follow on WhatsApp once assigned.
What time zone are pickup times in?
All pickup dates and times are Madinah local time (UTC+3).
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 24 hours before pickup, so we can assign a licensed partner and driver.
Is the driver a tour guide?
No. You are booking a private vehicle with a driver who takes you to each stop and waits for you. Drivers are not licensed tour guides.
Which vehicle should I choose?
The Standard Sedan seats up to 3 passengers, the Executive SUV and Family MPV up to 6, and the Group Minivan up to 11. Choose a larger vehicle if you have luggage or wheelchairs.
Is the price per person?
No. Prices are per vehicle for your whole group, including the driver and fuel.
